To get a place to bring together the three institutions of the French Fragrance industry: la Société Internationale des Parfumeurs-Créateurs, l'Osmothèque, la Société Française des Parfumeurs and its library, thus creating a coordinated resource for International exchange.

To identify gaps in the Collection of the Osmothèque (4000 fragrances, 800 are disappeared. Jean Kerléo found the formulation of 200 fragrances.) One objective is to get a « premium cellar ».
